NetCafe Revesby Update: Closing Down

Sadly NetCafe Revesby comes to and end this week after 2 fun filled years of Net Gaming in Revesby.

Adam is relocating overseas for around a year and Peter has recently taken up a detailed work contract taking plenty of his time.

Firstly thank you to everyone for coming into the shop over the years (Yes, even Stronghold) and keeping things hilarious at times. The lockin's were always a blast, I still thing the 'Raining Men' lockin was the best.

Just some of the things that come to mind from the shop over the last few years are:

Adam punching Ferret through the window and breaking it
Dante 'and the window sex' (YouTube Saw it All)
Rogue belting Stronghold in the mouth
DJ and many others collapsing those old crappy chairs
Lilmans massive egg lump on his head after bottle smashed into him
Stronghold throwing pliers at window and breaking it
The aircon dust levels
Chris and Ferret 'doing the deed' in the shop when Chris's dad walks in
Stronghold stink in the toilets
Adam and his magazines in the toilet (and tissue paper)
Gav and his patience, no time, so lets just sit around

NetCafe Updates

Hey All,

Godfather here, haven't updated for a while so wanted to give everyone a quick overview of whats been happening and whats happening ahead.

Had a good lockin this Saturday night with some regular VIPS involved. Haynsy, Vengeance, DJ, Worlack, The Loo Boys, Ferret, Pete, Untubby, American and a few others.

Lots of Warcraft 3 being played, with a lot of people getting back into DOTA and a few cool TD's are being played also.

We have a problem with some CS machines at the moment, these will be fixed soon and we are looking to setup CS machines to play 'outside world' and online servers very soon! Stay tuned!

We have recovered some of the desks to neaten things up and will be looking to open EVERY day of the week in the next fortnight. Also stay tuned for more info on NEW games, an upgraded Network and MORE comps.

DOTA and various locking

hey guys

its been awhile since i posted here probally cuz im lazy and that i couldnt get this blogsite to work lol
but yea with all things coming alot of DOTA has been being played latly
so if your a big DOTA fan come on in and challenge us to a game,
also another note to mention is that there have been some locking happening ( some very good ones from experience), so if u would like to have a locking please contact eather myself peter adam lilman dj or haynsy and if you have over 10 people willing to participate we will try our best to set one up for you as soon as possible, also if you wish to be taken to the next lock in please contact one us and we will let you know when the next lockin is.

well i hope youve all had fun over the holidays and were looking forward to the next ones and i hope to see you all around the shop, have fun folks.

Andrew 'DJ' Natolis - Big 21st Bash

Yes folks, one of the Net Cafe's favourite sons - turns 21 shortly. He will be hosting one of the biggest Net Cafe parteeee's ever seen. Featuring a full blown DJ system and large monster speakers - it will be one hell of night. This event is totally INVITE ONLY - if you start sucking up to DJ now, you might get a spot at the gig and it will be one you will never forget!

COMP WARS UPDATE

Comp Wars has been a popular comp during the school holidays and plenty of hack and slash has been happening in: CS, Worms, UT and of course MASSIVE DOTA comps.

Some mentions here to DOTA stars of recent games: Rogue, Shadow, Tub and the new kid on the block Jet ...

Overall, DENZ - Dennis Boy is in the lead by 1 in the race for the Comp Warz title.

Oh and remember, plenty of gang violence in Revesby - so hey stay safe! These gangs have heaps of 8 year olds and they like to do finger painting 'n stuff - they also might try and rob you of your lunch money - so really take care mmmmmm K.

HOLIDAZE HUUUUUGE COMP WARZ !

Yes folks, this school holidaze - there will be a comp EVERY single day. The game type will vary: from CS, UT, BF or even DOTA - but each day we will record a winner. (If the shop doesn't hold a comp each day be sure and let the staff know) - At the end of the holidays the person who has won the MOST comps will win a big arse prize: Maybe one of the following:

- A Car
- A PlayStation2
- A Motorbike
- Free Tickets to Vengeances' Favourite Babe House
- A Night With Strongy and his Mum
- I dunno!
